The wheel was needed for an international manufacturer of wide screen flat panel televisions. The client specified that the wheel needed to be able to hold up under demanding conditions – running nonstop 24 hours a day and seven days a week, and it also needed to meet tight manufacturing tolerances. Not only did they need a guarantee that the wheel would have a lifetime expectancy of at least two years, but the TV manufacturer also had a number of other unusual and challenging operating parameters.

But soon after consulting with the client, Sunray’s technical sales team were able to create a totally unique wheel and get it made and delivered to the customer within a short timeframe.
