In this webinar, Connie Duffey, AVP of HRIS at Cox Enterprises will present how developing and utilizing a 2 to 3 year HR technology roadmap can facilitate decision-making when resources are limited. She will discuss how the HR Technology vision, value of organization costs and benefits, and employee impact including change management and processes must be considered in a holistic manner. She will share real-life lessons learned when all these principles were not considered. In addition, she'll present the proactive and inclusive approach Cox has adopted for HR technology.

Ms. Duffy leads the team that provides Cox Human Resources systems strategy and implementation expertise that includes PeopleSoft, security, data integrity, project management, reporting, and training development for corporate and subsidiary HRIS-related initiatives. Cox Enterprises is one of the nations leading media companies and providers of automotive services with over 80,000 employees.
