We, as a company, are very pleased with the progress of our M4 conversion, starting with the sales demonstration, site visit, conversion process, friendly staff at Mapcom and weekly updates via WebEx
Richmond, VA (Vocus) March 31, 2010
Mapcom Systems, the leading provider of Geographical Operations System (GOS) software, announced today that Waitsfield and Champlain Valley Telecom, a telephone and Internet services provider based in Waitsfield, Vermont, recently selected M4 Solutions to map and manage its network.
M4 Solutions includes complete design and mapping tools, integrated work order, fiber and central office management and various support applications, such as, CPR integration, dispatch management and services management. It is designed to map the entire telecom plant facility from the central office to the customer structure. Each map item is tied back to an individual database record, which is then integrated with the telephone company’s existing customer, assignment and billing records.
“We, as a company, are very pleased with the progress of our M4 conversion, starting with the sales demonstration, site visit, conversion process, friendly staff at Mapcom and weekly updates via WebEx," said Eric Haskin, Network Director for Waitsfield. "It has been a great experience thus far. The working relationship that Mapcom has built with us is remarkable and I know that the care and support will always be there when needed,” explained Haskin.
Waitsfield joins over 135 telecommunications providers who have selected M4 Solutions.
