Yes Thoughts for a Busy Day
Beaverton, OR (Vocus) March 31, 2010
Twenty-five years ago Judy Pearson’s life changed in the most unexpected way; she was diagnosed with cancer. After deciding that she couldn’t undergo chemotherapy, she became determined to find an alternative healing method to regain her health. Much to her surprise, she soon discovered that the key to maintaining good health was to establish a pattern of healthy communication.
Today, Pearson has created a Web site, http://www.JudyAPearson.com, designed to promote a series of life-changing steps – ones she personally used to pave her way to recovery – intended to teach others how to live life and love it. Each lesson is then elaborated upon in her newly released book “Say Yes! to Life.” Shoppers may choose to purchase the book individually or in a bundle, which also includes a workbook for “Say Yes! To Life;” “Yes Thoughts for a Busy Day,” a collection of thoughts on how to organize the day; and a personal journal.
“Most of my programs groom personal development and help people become more aware of who they are and what they want out of life,” Pearson said.
Throughout the past decade, she has traveled the country – in partnership with various women’s groups, hotels, real estate associations, the United States Navy, healthcare groups and more – to deliver her inspirational guidance and strategized motivation for a more satisfying and fulfilled life.
“I love to watch people get it; I mean really understand that we communicate with not only our mind, body and spirit but with other people, which effects and affects our personal lives,” Pearson said. “It’s always best to communicate effectively and purposefully.”
Shoppers are encouraged to frequent the Web site as Pearson will be highlighting four new programs, which will be the focus of her seminars, to dig deeper in the realms of communication; these areas of focus are: willingness to change, communications skills, health and stress relief.
To learn more about how to take the first few steps to a new life, shoppers are prompted to visit the Web site’s newly formulated blog, http://www.FullyCommunicate.com. This interactive tool will provide informative pieces on various topics such as “10 Things You can do to Get Your Point Across,” “Seven Tips to Attract Money to You” and “Are You a Person of Courage?”
