TruArx, the leading provider of cost-effective, easy-to-implement IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions, today announced the appointment of Eric Rosenberg as chief financial officer. Rosenberg brings more than 20 years of financial, HR and negotiation experience to TruArx, with extensive experience successfully managing the financial aspects of both large and small technology companies.

Prior to joining TruArx, Rosenberg held key roles throughout the technology industry. Most recently, he was the CFO at U4EA Wireless, a wireless router vendor, where he was responsible for all financial operations including HR and other administrative functions. Previously, Rosenberg served as the controller of NextHop Technologies, where he helped grow the company from 15 to 95 employees worldwide.
