SI Restoration Steals Josh Rafter Emergency Manager From Well Known National Restoration Company

Baltimore Washington water damage and mold remediation emergency clean up company SI Restoration made a bold move last week by taking away national known Amcat Emergency Manager Josh Rafter to manage commercial water damage issues and mold issues in buildings and commercial spaces.

Joshua Rafter ( Josh ), National Emergency Water Damage Mitigation Manager (clean up), has decided to join SI Restoration a Baltimore Maryland water damage restoration company and manage all emergency water damage clean up and drying of building materials such as carpet, walls, and other structure materials.

Josh started in the commercial emergency water damage and mold remediation industry in 2001 in Clearwater, Florida, with Service Solutions Corporation a water fire and mold clean up company.

Then from 2006-2008, Josh joined Diversified Restoration International a national water damage restoration company in Tampa, Florida.

In 2008 Josh worked with Amcat Global where he was sent all over the world, managing high profile water damaged commercial effected building and drying building materials such as flooring and walls to prevent mold growth and delivering water damaged effected commercial buildings back to a dry, organized, pre-loss condition.

Josh decided to join SI Restoration because Josh will be getting married next year and his future wife has required that he stays in Maryland. Josh says, " I am excited to be with a local water damage restoration company and share my international experience."

Josh has IICRC certification in Applied Structural Drying and all required water damage courses that lead to Applied Structural Drying.
