The goal of the Case In Point Platinum Awards is to recognize the most creative and innovative case management and related medical management programs around the country. “The first annual Case In Point Platinum Awards Program serves as an important step toward increasing the value of case management and the dedicated practitioners to the public, public policy advocates, lawmakers and other members of the health care team,” said Anne Llewellyn, Editor in Chief, Case In Point magazine.
Finalists include national programs, such as WellPoint, Cigna and Coventry, as well as individual programs including Orlando Health Visiting Nurse Association, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and Darlyn's Darlings, Caring Corner.
