Asia Charts Pte Ltd, a company formed by a group of professional traders that specialises in stocks and futures trading education, raised $35,000 for “The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund” at a Charity Seminar on 13 March 2010.

For the first time in Singapore, a seminar of such nature was organised to raise funds for the charity that helps children from low-income families with meals and pocket money for school.

In the seminar, Mr Kelly Clement from Thomson Reuters gave an overview of the latest version of Metastock, a popular charting software used by professional traders and investors.

Mr CK Ee, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Trainer of Asia Charts Pte Ltd then gave a market outlook for 2010. Mr Ee also launched a trading indicator developed by Asia Charts Pte Ltd called the “Turbo Trend Indicator (TTI)”. This indicator helps traders identify strong trending stocks to maximise trading profits in the shortest time and is particularly useful in a bull market.

Mr Ee then presented the donation cheque to Miss Leong Lin Choo, Manager of Editorial Project from Singapore Press Holdings. The total donation amount of $35,000 came from ticket sales to the seminar, contribution from Asia Charts matching every dollar collected from ticket sales and a percentage of TTI sales at the seminar.

Asia Charts Pte Ltd, a recipient of the “Professional Enterprise Certification” award, is a leading training institution in stocks and futures trading education and provides a suite of investment-related products.
