This is a great opportunity to work with AFC Bournemouth to support our local community

Local specialist insurer RIAS and AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust have teamed up to launch the ‘Extra Time Club’, a free 10-week programme of events for local people aged 55 and over.
The ‘Extra Time Club’ enables men and women to take part in a range of sporting activities and meet other like minded individuals in the Bournemouth area. Over the 10-week programme participants will be able to enjoy badminton, snooker, swimming and five-a-side football, as well as meet some of the AFC Bournemouth players and take part in a question and answer session with the club’s management team.
Starting on Friday 9 April, 10 – 12pm, the ‘Extra Time Club’ will run until Friday 11 June, and is completely free of charge.
Janet Connor, Managing Director of RIAS, said: “This is a great opportunity to work with AFC Bournemouth to support our local community. As an over 50s insurer we recognise that over 50s are active, individual, busy and experienced, and the Extra Time Club certainly celebrates this.”
Steve Cuss, Head of AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust, said: “We are delighted to be working with such a large local organisation as RIAS to launch our first ever Extra Time Club programme. Each session will allow everyone to stay in shape and socialise, whatever age they are.”
Anyone aged over 55 who would like to take part in the 10-week Extra Time Club should contact Steve Cuss on 01202 746342 or visit http://www.afcb.co.uk/page/AFCBCommunitySportsTrust.
