Avenue Bank Creates New Positions and Adds Associates

Gail Sanford has joined Avenue Bank as a Vice President, Private Client Banker, at the Cool Springs branch. Ms. Sanford comes to Avenue Bank with more than 35 years of banking experience in the Williamson County market. She most recently was a Licensed Senior Financial Specialist with Wachovia/Wells Fargo in their Private Advisory Group, and has also worked for Regions Bank.

Rich Roddy has been promoted to Director of Electronic Payments & Treasury Management Operations, a new position for the bank. Mr. Roddy joined Avenue Bank in February, 2007, as Director of Treasury Management Sales. He has more than 17 years banking experience, and has been a key figure in creating Avenue Bank’s treasury management sales division.

Jeff Robertson has been named Commercial Deposit Specialist, a new role for Avenue Bank to focus on building the bank’s deposit portfolio. Mr. Robertson joined Avenue Bank in February, 2008, and most recently served as a Retail Banking Specialist.

Will Lewis has been named as an End User Support Specialist for Avenue Bank. Mr. Lewis is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute, Nashville. He worked for Avenue Bank on a temporary work assignment prior to becoming a full time employee in the headquarters office at Union Station’s Baggage Building.

Marci Koster is a new Loan Operations Specialist. She has more than 25 years of banking experience, previously working with The Farmers Bank and Bank of America. Most recently, Ms. Koster was an independent contractor in the medical billing industry.
