AspireHR is happy to announce the internal promotion of Yasser Suhail, Dwight Jones, Ben Rhodea, Todd Haenle, Chad Johnson, and Kiran Mandadi.

After completing the yearly competency assessment process for all employees, the AspireHR partner group has determined that much deserved promotions are in order. Joseph Hillesheim, Founding Partner, revealed that, “these individuals have added strength of character, depth of knowledge, and are examples of the thought leaders upon which AspireHR has built its reputation. I am proud to work with such dedicated people.”

Yasser Suhail has been promoted to Associate Partner. Suhail joined the company in August of 2006 as a Principal Consultant in the e-Services arena. Since then, he’s led a series of successful projects with clients such as Freeman and Celanese. In addition to playing a leadership role in these key engagements, Suhail has been regularly involved in the sales process, contributing to proposal efforts and sales demos. It is the combination of above-and-beyond leadership, sales participation, project management and mentoring that led to this promotion.

Dwight Jones has been promoted to Associate Partner. A former client of the company, Jones joined AspireHR in 2009. With deep skills in PA, OM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, ESS, MSS, Portal and E-Recruiting, Jones is a hipster one-stop-shop for all things SAP HCM. Jones has been very instrumental in sales and marketing activities both prior to and since joining the company. Currently leading the Southwest Airlines MSS implementation, Jones is also stepping into the lead role for the AspireHR Performance Management Initiative.

Ben Rhodea has been promoted to Principal Consultant. Rhodea joined AspireHR three years ago as a Senior Consultant after having spent time at Marathon Oil, Starbucks and Deloitte in the SAP HCM world. Rhodea has stepped into roles in E-Recruiting and ESS/MSS for clients such as Allianz, Marathon Oil, and Citrix. Always anxious to share his vast knowledge with others and deepen his own experience, Rhodea has tirelessly contributed to the internal knowledge sharing efforts all over the e-Services practice. Earning him this promotion were Rhodea’s tireless knowledge sharing, sales and leadership participation and deep cross-functional skills.

Todd Haenle has been promoted to Principal Consultant. Haenle joined AspireHR in August 2006 as a Senior Consultant and has emerged as a leader in the e-Services space. With key roles on Marathon Oil, Alliance Bernstein, Celanese, and IDEXX, Haenle established himself as a leader of teams. Often turned to as a mentor and sounding board, he is always willing to share his experiences with others. Haenle is regularly found teaching other AspireHR teammates about guided procedures, the ins and outs of consulting, or anything e-Services related. Haenle’s participation as a mentor, project and e-Services leader have merited him this promotion and the respect of his peers.

Chad Johnson has been promoted to Principal Consultant. With deep skills across the SAP HCM platform, Johnson is regularly called upon for OM, BN and PA needs and is currently applying his OM expertise at Southwest Airlines. Involved in sales efforts, as well as mentoring within the company, Johnson has guided other consultants at AspireHR and helped them expand their skill sets. He has also provided the excellent client service by designing optimized solutions that meet their needs. He has always tried to be flexible in terms of his approach, always keeping an eye on the best interest of the client. These activities, combined with his ever-deepening cross-functional skills, have led Johnson to this promotion to Principal.

Kiran Mandadi has been promoted to Principal Consultant. Ever since Mandadi joined AspireHR in March 2008, there has not been a single project or assignment where he did not excel. Not only does he have superior technical skills, but his desire and ability to branch into functional areas have helped him deliver consistently high quality work. A superb team player who is always ready to help, Mandadi has served as an oilcan for projects, making them impossible to fail.
