“For too many years now, Democratic and Republican Congresses alike have ignored the voice of the American people."
Millersville, MD (PRWEB) April 2, 2010
Jack Wilson, Sr. formally announces his candidacy in the 2010 election for the U.S. House of Representatives. He seeks the House seat in Maryland District 1 currently held by Frank Kratovil (D).
Jack is an independent who strongly advocates limited government and fiscal responsibility… “I am running for Congress to help restore a government that reflects the values of the people of Maryland’s First Congressional District – a limited, fiscally responsible government that promotes economic growth and one that does not intrude in the lives of the American people.”
Jack Wilson has set clear campaign goals that reflect the values of voters throughout Maryland District 1. He states, “For too many years now, Democratic and Republican Congresses alike have ignored the voice of the American people. A mounting national debt and ever increasing budget deficits are crippling economic growth and the future competitiveness of our country. My unambiguous goals as the U.S. House Representative from Maryland’s First District include balancing the federal budget by reducing spending, repealing the recent overhaul health care legislation while still reforming the system, and reducing the federal government’s involvement in our lives.”
Mr. Wilson a semi-retired small businessman, Navy Veteran, and former union steam fitter. Please learn more about Jack, his campaign for Congress and upcoming events, at VoteJackWilson.com.
