WGC And Pro MMA Fighter Sam Hoger Join Forces With Businessman P. Miller AKA Master P In A Fight For A good Cause April 9th Pasadena, Texas To Build Schools In Haiti

WGC ‘Fight for Haiti’ is the first Mixed Martial Arts professional fight for a good cause with all proceeds going towards building schools for kids in Haiti. The event will take place in Pasadena Convention Center in Pasadena, Texas on April 9th. Doors open at 7pm. Celebrities and Pro-athletes such as Vince Young, Chamillionaire, Kyle Lowry, Marcus Spears, Torrie Wilson, Michael Clayton, LeToya Luckett, & Mario Williams are some of the high-profile names on the VIP list to attend this event.

WGC Fighter Sam Hoger will headline the heavyweight division. Businessman P. Miller aka Master P will be one of the judges at this event and joins the movement. Miller says, “Mixed martial arts is the fastest growing sports in the world. And to have the WGC bring awareness to education and helping the kids in Haiti get back into the school systems, I’m in. Together we can make a difference.”

Haiti, the Western Hemisphere’s poorest nation has been hit by a catastrophic 7.0 earthquake on January 12, 2010. Southern Haiti was tragically damaged, killing over two hundred thousand people. WGC fight for a good cause is focusing on the importance of education and helping devastated Haiti kids through their recovery process to receive a basic education. P. Miller, Sam Hoger and other WGC fighters will visit schools in Houston and Pasadena, Texas to speak to students about the importance of education. Sam Hoger says, “We are dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of these underprivileged kids through education."
