Callfinity, Inc. has just announced the launch of Callfinity Services, which provides CSPs with communications solutions they can resell to businesses in need of cost-efficient customer support tools.

Today Callfinity, Inc. announced the deployment of Callfinity Services, LLC. Callfinity is a rapidly growing contact center and conferencing technology provider based outside of Rochester, NY. Their products and services are currently deployed at more than 300 telecommunications, media, financial services, healthcare, and public sector customers around the world.

In August 2009, Callfinity joined forces with Your Production Team, a 12 year old Electronic Communications Support Company. The union of both businesses became Callfinity Services, a Limited Liability Company formed in the wake of the rising demand for Virtual Events and Webcasts.

Callfinity Services acknowledged that organizations were reducing travel expenses and shifting toward greener business practices. In order to help other businesses take advantage of these revenue opportunities, Callfinity Services began providing a cost effective means to support customers with virtual events, resource centers, and ongoing webcasts that deliver significant profit while reducing the risks typically associated with professional event support services.

Although almost all of Callfinity Services solutions are customized for retail clients, 90% of their requests are built around specific workflow needs, technology integration, and the oversight of both internal and external resources including Live Webinar/Webcast Management, Large Teleconference Management, Pre-Recording and Presentation Creation, On Demand Content Production, Micro site and resource center creation, and List Management and nurture programs.
