Doubling Focus For SeatSnug And CG-Lock Brands

Lap Belt Cinch, Inc. (LBC), developer of the CG-Lock technology and maker of CG-Lock & SeatSnug safety devices, announced today that Herbert C. Reedman, Jr., former automotive executive and Managing Partner of Vantage4, LLC (V4), an automotive marketing and consulting firm in Fort Washington PA, has been appointed to the LBC Executive Advisory Board.

Reedman's firm, Vantage4, is already directing the national brand and marketing strategies for the LBC product line and Reedman sees the added board responsibilities of a way to "leverage talent and broaden focus" for the SeatSnug and CG-Lock brands. "Although we are attracting interest and gaining shelf space every day, there is still much to do," said Reedman. "Working with other board members and the senior management of LBC provides a forum for setting policy, leveraging assets and advancing ideas more effectively."

A leading automotive retailer, Reedman’s business successes span nearly four decades. In his past role as the chief of operations for Reedman World Auto Center, a position he held until his retirement in 2005, he was a visible and widely respected leader in the community and among his peers. During his tenure in the automotive industry Reedman participated on numerous outside boards including Advisory Boards for Jaguar Cars, Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation, GM Credit Card, General Motors New Product Development Committee, XM Satellite Radio and OnStar.

In 2000 and again in 2003, Reedman was awarded The Jack Smith's Chairman’s Award from General Motors for his outstanding achievements. A perennial Dealer of the Year recipient, he is considered an expert in sales and retail marketing as well as dealership operations. Mr. Reedman was a Co-founder and served on the boards of First Peoples Mortgage Corporation, Affiliated Abstract, Inc., Hallmark Realty, Inc. and currently serves as a Director for CoreStates Capital Advisors, LLC., a wealth management and institutional investment advisory firm.
