It gives women a toolbox of tips, advice and proven strategies to help them plan their career path. It’s not a site about finding a job; it’s about managing ones career life cycle.

To help women level the playing field, Women’s Ally enables members to develop a plan, organize progress, receive guidance on choices, and support daily decision-making. Women’s Ally combines experience, education and expertise with an invaluable network of peers to enable women to contribute on an equal footing with their male counterparts.

Recognizing the need for a new and different approach to career management, Founder and President Diahann Boock created WomensAlly.com as a solution for both individuals and companies. Diahann’s epiphany occurred when she returned from a conference and quickly found that her ‘conference euphoria’ decreased rapidly once she was back in her native corporate environment. Diahann was fortunate to benefit from external expert guidance as only the highest potential employees receive, but she realized the majority of her team members weren’t so fortunate. Soon thereafter, the idea for Women’s Ally was hatched, making expert access available to the masses.

New members will be able to lock into the Women’s Ally launch fee—$12.00 a month—which will never increase. This will give members unlimited access to all the tools and resources of the site. New material will be added monthly, building on preceding information. The site will also offer hot topics in professional communities, discussion forums and suggested career reading lists.
