Industry veteran Jeff Quade to lead new Austin-based team

The ability to offer a world-class capability focused on Organizational Effectiveness and execution will provide a critical service for our clients

LGE Execs, an Austin based consultancy of over 130 senior executives formed to help companies manage and succeed through periods of transition, today announced the formation of an Organizational Effectiveness Practice. The Organizational Effectiveness Practice further strengthens LGE's existing capabilities in Supply Chain, Marketing, Demand Generation, Information Technology, General Management and Finance. The Organizational Effectiveness Practice will focus on the special issues of the large number of companies undergoing some form of transition, such as rapid growth, a merger or acquisition, diversification or change management. Industry veteran Jeff Quade will join LGE Execs as a Partner and lead the Practice. Jeff brings over twenty years of Global Organizational and Human Resources experience to LGE.

"We're very excited to have Jeff join our team of seasoned and successful Practice Leaders," said Rocky Bullock, LGE Managing Partner. "The ability to offer a world-class capability focused on Organizational Effectiveness and execution will provide a critical service for our clients," continued Bullock.

The Practice, under Jeff Quade's leadership, will focus on four areas-- Mergers and Acquisitions, Executive and Senior Team Development, Change Leadership, and Human Resource functional excellence. The Organizational Effectiveness Practice will help LGE clients address and leverage the organizational disruptions which have occurred as a result of the recent economic crisis. The Practice Partners will assist companies in driving efficiencies and realigning their organizational strategies for sustained growth in this new environment.

"We see the recent economic crisis as a catalyst for a change in the way businesses view their talent needs. Instead of large, multi-tiered, in-house organizations, companies will increasingly maintain small internal staffs and bring together temporary teams of highly experienced experts to address specific business challenges and then move on," said Bullock. "We believe that this will become an increasingly important model generally, and Jeff's expertise plays directly into helping our clients capitalize on their current and future opportunities in this area. The world of work is changing and LGE Execs is there to help our clients master those changes."
