Knowledge Infusion, a world-class human resources consulting firm, announces record results for the first quarter of 2010. The organization exceeded all operational goals with more than a 200 percent increase in sales over Q1 2009, a 25 percent increase in new employees since January 1, 2010, and the successful launch of KI OnDemand and delivery of services around the globe.

The over 200 percent increase in sales is a combination of additional work by existing customers, key contracts with large multi-national organizations, and early success with KI OnDemand, the newly launched membership-based advisory and consulting service. Consulting engagements include increased work in service delivery, program management, core HR, and talent management.

Strong demand and increased delivery of services on a global basis has fueled substantial employee growth. The Knowledge Infusion team has increased by 25 percent since January 1, 2010, with the addition of top consultants, industry thought leaders, and a strong marketing team to continue to drive the industry forward and support clients in their strategic HR transformation and workforce technology initiatives.

The launch of KI OnDemand, the industry’s first on-demand advisory and consulting service has shown significant traction in the marketplace, exceeding goals for new customer memberships including top financial, retail, and manufacturing organizations such as Nordstrom, Franklin Templeton Investments, Progressive Insurance and Southern Company, as well as leading business services and technology providers. KI OnDemand has proven to be a tremendous resource for HR, IT, and business leaders needing ongoing support and advice to continue to drive their initiatives forward.
