Nestlé® Toll House® Café by Chip has selected CELLC’s SoftWallet® for mobile delivery of promotional content. Retailers have quickly seen the benefits of the service because it is interactive and provides feedback in near real time. Mobile delivery of ads and coupons present a more cost effective solution when compared to traditional print methods. The centrally stored promotional content can be rapidly modified so that retailers can quickly adapt their campaigns to target their market and customer base.

“With the statistical real time data provided by SoftWallet®, we can not only track our campaigns but we can also see a rise in foot traffic to our dessert cafés. With the ability to view our content at anytime and anywhere, we know that this helps to bring further awareness of our cafes. Participants to the service have tripled in the last four months with new businesses coming on line each week. Savvy smartphone users and the widely accepted view of mobile coupons has led to a steady rise of promotional offer redemptions.

“Enhancements to the SoftWallet® service such as geo-mapping retailer locations, auto call to businesses, and integrated social networking applications help attract customers to their businesses and generate retailer brand awareness,” said SoftWallet CEO, Nick Calautti.

Users can download SoftWallet® from the iTunes® app store for the iPhone®, and soon may download the app for other smart phones provided by other manufactures and carriers.
