Latest Release Offers New Features for Easily Correcting and Accurately Maintaining Workforce Data for Improved Decision Making & Compliance

OrgPublisher, the leading automatic organizational charting and reporting solution, combined with the new Integrity 2.0 Module enables HR managers to collaboratively audit, correct and maintain workforce data housed in multiple systems and locations. Workforce planning decisions that are based on complete, accurate information result in higher success rates and lower implementation costs. Additionally, maintaining correct data mitigates legal risks, such as non-compliance issues.

The Integrity 2.0 Module is a simple, Web-based solution that allows human resource professionals and managers to aggregate workforce data from multiple sources - including ERP systems, database programs and spreadsheets - into a single org-chart based workspace. The solution automatically locates and flags anomalies and missing data, allowing HR analysts to easily review and correct the information.

Data can be kept accurate and current with automatic synchronization of employee data housed within HR systems, talent management applications, etc. Daily automatic updates of employee turnover, new hires and more ensure that data remains accurate and complete.

> Review Data Changes with the Interactive Change Report
This new report clearly indicates which changes have been made using a color-coded legend. Managers can preview changes here before approving them using an optional approval step within the workflow. Users can also review which changes were made by individual users and which changes were made automatically via OrgSync updates.

> Monitor Data Regularly and Receive Automatic Error Notifications
Integrity can continuously monitor data for anomalies and omissions, and then automatically notify analysts for immediate correction.

> Apply Mass Changes for Individual Units or the Entire Organization
Users can use the mass change feature to define and apply a correction to multiple individuals at once; for example, moving an entire department to a new cost center.

> Securely Access Charts and Models with One Click
A new Web-based home page provides users with secure, one-click access to their assigned units for review, ensuring that each viewer sees only appropriate information.
