Modeling: The Reorg After the Reorg

Aquire, a global leader in workforce planning and analytics solutions, will host human resources professionals from around the world at its fifth annual user conference April 25-27 at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel in Fort Worth, TX. With a theme of "Structure 2010: Empower Yourself. Enlighten Your Leaders." the conference will provide HR professionals with the insight and strategies they need to address their most pressing workforce challenges such as succession planning, organizational restructuring, and talent management.

This year's conference includes 13 educational sessions divided among four tracks: Succession Planning, Workforce Modeling, Data Integrity and Workforce Analytics. Sessions such as "Modeling: The Reorg After the Reorg" are particularly topical due to the significant workforce reductions most organizations have experienced in the last year.

"We are extremely excited about the conference and spending more quality time with our customers," said Lois Melbourne, president and co-founder of Aquire. "Our staff is comprised of experts in the workforce planning field who look forward each year to developing and presenting informative and educational sessions that ultimately help our customers navigate their daily workforce planning initiatives."

Aquire's latest and most unique offering, InSightâ„¢, will be showcased to customers for the first time at the conference. The hierarchy driven workforce planning and analytics solution includes consultative services and advanced technology that allows companies to analyze workforce trends within virtually any segment of the organization. Prior to the conference, on Friday April 23rd, Aquire will host a live webinar about InSight at http://www.aquire.com.

Two keynote sessions, customer panels, focus groups and networking opportunities round out the agenda. This year's keynote speakers are Marc Effron, President of The Talent Strategy Group, and Al Adamsen, Founder and Managing Partner of People-Centered Strategies. Effron, author of One Page Talent Management: Eliminating Complexity, Adding Value, will share a powerful, simple approach for accelerating talent development. Adamsen, an expert in using predictive modeling to align HR strategies with business economics, will break down the complexities of workforce planning and analytics.

In addition to the user conference, Aquire is offering a free half-day of training on April 28. Aquire will conduct training on automatic organizational charting, departmental succession planning and modeling or customers can choose to attend the training session on workforce planning and analytics.

With so many new Aquire products being rolled out and significant enhancements being made to the company's core solution set this is a must attend event for customers looking to be at the forefront of workforce planning and analytics.
