The Jones Company, in conjunction with developer Pearl Street Partners celebrated the opening of a brand new residential development in Franklin, TN called "Barclay Place". Homes in this 30 acre development are being built exclusively by The Jones Company, with 88 home sites available for purchase. Barclay Place is being developed in partnership with Khris Pascarella of Pearl Street Partners, who has nearly 20 years experience in developing master-planned real estate projects. Prior to forming Pearl Street Partners in 2005, Pascarella served as Senior Vice President of Development and Acquisitions for Southern Land Company. He also worked with Gables Residential Trust in Atlanta, Georgia and was a development manager for Walt Disney Imagineering in Orlando, Florida, where he worked on the firm's Celebration and Little Lake Bryan master planned communities.
