“I am excited about our common pursuit and support of improvements for wildlife and their habitat, and the protection of fragile natural environments,” - Thomas Mower Sr.
Salt Lake City, UT (PRWEB) April 8, 2010
Thomas Mower Sr., Chairman of SISEL International, was the keynote speaker at the Ladies Black and White Brunch during the Western Hunting and Conservation Expo. Touted as an exciting “day for the girls,” the annual event was held during the four-day Expo and included a brunch buffet, silent and live auctions, prize drawings, live entertainment by Dueling Pianos Anywhere, along with a presentation by Mower.
Thomas Mower Sr., successful entrepreneur, renowned philanthropist, conservationist and sportsman, sparked enthusiasm for the conservation and sporting event among the attendees.
“I am excited about our common pursuit and support of improvements for wildlife and their habitat and the protection of fragile natural environments,” said Mower. “Through our dedication and commitment to conservation efforts, together we can preserve our heritage of sporting, hunting and fishing, and protect nature for future generations to enjoy.”
Mower’s presentation also raised awareness of the importance of safe ingredients in cosmetics and personal care products. Over twenty years ago, the Mower family entered the nutraceutical and personal care industry because of concerns about the potential health consequences of repeated exposure to harmful chemicals commonly used in cosmetics and personal care products. They knew they could create effective, powerful products without relying on the inexpensive, questionable ingredients which had become the standard.
"Whenever you see the "SISEL SAFE" seal, you can be confident that the products contain only the purest, most effective ingredients available, and there are absolutely no potentially harmful ingredients present," said Mower. "We are personally committed to the overall well-being of our customers and of improving the health of as many people as possible. Our remarkable products have gone through the highest level of scientific scrutiny as we strive to protect them from all forms of unnecessary contaminants."
SISEL was a proud sponsor of the brunch, and Mower donated $85,000 toward this event, which included a financial contribution, lavish gift baskets of SISEL nutritional and skin-care products for door prizes, along with gifts for each of the luncheon guests. All attendees received a gift box containing an assortment of deluxe SISEL personal care products, valued at nearly $400 per set.
In partnership with SISEL, Mower has established the Earth Stewardship Foundation, a nonprofit charity dedicated to supporting a variety of causes, including supporting improvements for wildlife and their habitat, providing safe havens for endangered wildlife, and protecting fragile environments in nature. In addition, the Earth Stewardship Foundation also provides assistance to programs devoted to improving the quality of childcare for vulnerable children in orphanages throughout the world.
