Kevin Brueggeman, the president of Educational Assessment for Pearson, will remain at the helm of Assessment for Learning.

The new company's team will be built from Pearson's top experts in assessment, digital learning and curriculum development. Assessment for Learning will be headquartered in San Antonio, Texas.
