KM Institute Joins Leading Nuclear Consulting Firm EXCEL Services Corporation to Deliver New Certification in Nuclear Knowledge Management

Washington, DC (April 8, 2010) The International Knowledge Management Institute (KM Institute), the market-leading Knowledge Management (KM) education provider, today announced a joint partnership with EXCEL Services Corporation (EXCEL), the Nuclear industry's leading provider of engineering consulting services, to deliver a new Certification program combining core KM principles with Nuclear engineering guidelines and regulations.

This is the first professional nuclear knowledge management certification for the Nuclear industry. The new program is called the Certified Nuclear Knowledge Management Workshop, and the designation: CNKM.

The CNKM is a 4-day workshop that leverages portions of the popular KM Institute Certified Knowledge Management course, delivered world-wide since 2001, plus new Nuclear-related content developed by leading experts in the Nuclear consulting sphere. In addition to the workshop, students will gain full access to the new KM101 Online Program, as part of their pre and post-class study, plus supplemental materials provided by EXCEL.
