Since Curlex excelsior fibers contain many small barbs on each stand, they interlock with one another helping to create a “nesting effect” for protected articles being transported. The all natural fibers are also biodegradable making them an acceptable “green” alternative for those concerned about the environment and their image.

Curlex excelsior has been used for packaging related applications and is often referred to as “wood wool” and with the increased emphasis on environmentally-sound products, excelsior wood wool is once again becoming the product of choice. Since the fibers can be separated, it allows the user to fill-in voids to protect movement during shipment and acts as a cushion with high load-bearing characteristics when used underneath heaving atricles.

American Excelsior has 8 locations across the US in addition to many distribution partners making the product close at hand. For more information or to obtain a free working sample, visit us at: http://www.AmericanExcelsior.com or call toll free at: (888) 352-9582:
