Ms. Floyd will work jointly with recently named principal, Dana Brown, to launch operations across North Texas and Oklahoma.
Floyd recently was a partner at The Octane Group, a Dallas-based consultancy focused on improving business performance. Prior to The Octane Group, Floyd was the Operating Partner for Anvil Investments, LLC a private investment firm engaged in acquiring or investing in established, profitable, privately held companies and providing specialized management consulting services. Leading the firm’s advisory services practice, Floyd was responsible for the firm’s management consulting practice focused on the transaction and payment processing sectors.

In 2001, Floyd joined TransFirst Holding, the Country’s 9th largest payment processing organization, as Chief Operating Officer where Floyd was responsible for over $22 billion in annual sales volume and 166,000 merchants. She directed efforts that resulted in consistent top and bottom line growth while expanding profitability and supporting expansive growth via acquisition and integration of a multitude of acquired companies. During Floyd’s tenure TransFirst gross revenues grew from $82 million to $602 million, representing a 64% 4-year CAGR with EBITDA growth in excess of 80% CAGR.
Prior to TransFirst, Floyd was Executive Vice President leading the eCommerce Division at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. where she was responsible for the nation’s 3rd largest ATM network. Floyd also held various management positions in operations, P&L management, marketing, sales, business development, recruiting, vendor management and technical solutions.
