The award, presented as part of Canada's Top 100 Employers by Mediacorp Canada Inc., recognizes companies for assisting new Canadians in making the transition to a new workplace and life in Canada. The announcement marks the second time Replicon has been selected for the award.

Funded by Canada's Foreign Credential Recognition Program, the Best Employers for New Canadians competition honors companies who exhibit specific initiatives assisting recent immigrants, such as training programs, strategies to reduce employment barriers, and internal mentoring, among others.
More than 130 professionals are currently employed at Replicon, where over 18 languages are spoken among its diverse staff. The company provides a six-week corporate program to help immigrants gain experience, while also considering international credentials of new employees during the hiring process.
