Edmund Manrique has been named Vice President - Business Intelligence and David Dixon Vice President and Chief Architect – Business Intelligence and Enterprise Performance Management.
Naperville, Illinois (PRWEB) April 15, 2010 -- TekLink today announced the addition of Edmund Manrique and David Dixon to their executive ranks, increasing TekLink’s prominence in SAP Business Intelligence (BI) Strategy and Analytics. Edmund Manrique and David Dixon’s addition will unite TekLink’s SAP BusinessObjects BI and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice capabilities.

Both Manrique and Dixon have extensive leadership in the BI and EPM space, helping build a BI and EPM start-up together, leading its growth through two acquisitions and garnering the practice recognition in the most recent Gartner Magic Quadrant for Global Business Intelligence and Performance Management Service Providers.
Manrique brings almost two decades of strategic, business and technical expertise in helping over 100 companies implement SAP solutions. Previously as Executive Vice President at a BI global consultancy, Manrique helped build and establish client successes. Formerly at SAP, Manrique was Vice President of Collaborative Services where he led the development, delivery and positioning of service offerings around BW, SEM, HCM, CRM, and Enterprise Portals. At SAP America Inc., Manrique served as a Director of Professional Services leading SAP Financials, Project Management, and the Upgrade Competency Center, after becoming a Platinum Consultant. He is also an active speaker at various SAP conferences, user groups, lectures as an adjunct professor and is regarded as an expert in EPM.
Dixon is most recognized for his authoritative book, "Mastering the SAP Business Information Warehouse" written with Bill Inmon, the “father of data warehousing,” as well as his international speaking engagements and popular white papers sponsored by Business Objects and SAP. He left SAP over a decade ago as a Platinum Consultant in SAP ERP Financials and was a founding team member of a SAP BW Consulting Practice that grew and merged into a BI global consultancy. While at this BI global consultancy, Dixon provided leadership during its growth and organizational transitions in all the facets of the business spanning marketing, sales, practice development and innovation. Later as Vice President of BI and EPM Research and Advisory, Dixon led the industry in thought leadership around SAP BusinessObjects deployment options in an SAP environment.
