U.S. Foodservice Provides Sustainable Strategies for Businesses

U.S. Foodservice’s Greg Pallaske is presenting on important strategies for greening businesses. Pallaske, the director of regulatory compliance at U.S. Foodservice, is a prominent sustainability expert and advocate.

“Sustainability has to be just that; sustainable,” explains Pallaske. “If a business cannot be financially successful in their sustainability efforts, then they won’t be doing them for very long.”

The presentation includes discussion of a number of key sustainability drivers, both internally and externally, that U.S. Foodservice utilizes to implement its own sustainability program. The presentation also features the top-five tips businesses can use to successfully incorporate green practices into their businesses.
