Pangea Media Sending Montana Teen to Taylor Swift Concert

Quiz based contest generated more than 55,000 eligible entries.

Pangea Media (, an online marketing company and the leading provider of quiz-based advertising solutions for advertisers and publishers, announced today that Kellie Donahue is the winner of its popular Taylor Swift Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes, featured on Pangea Media property Fan Prizes (, generated more than 55,000 eligible entries.

Kellie, a senior at Billings West High School and her mom, Toni Donahue, of Billings, Montana will receive an all expenses paid trip to Los Angeles to see Taylor Swift live in concert on April 15, 2010. Kellie will also receive a $500 Hollywood shopping spree and a Taylor Swift autographed guitar.

The contest, which featured several different Taylor Swift quizzes including the Taylor Swift Songs Quiz and a Taylor Swift trivia quiz, cut across demographics and generated massive viral activity as participants shared quizzes and contest details with their friends on Facebook, Twitter and other social networking sites. In addition, thousands of fans signed up to share their excitement on the Fan Prizes Facebook page ( Advertisers benefitted from the strong interest in the contest and the related viral marketing.

Kellie said of her win, "I was just doing my homework, or supposed to be! I was on the computer, and I thought it was a good idea to (enter)...procrastination can be good I guess. I expect (the concert) to be the best experience of my life."
