Scala, the leading provider of end-to-end solutions for the digital signage and advertising management markets, has appointed Rune Løbersli to the position of Vice President of Scala Nordic AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Scala. Mr. Løbersli will oversee all sales, marketing and operations activities in the Nordic region from Scala’s Oslo office, and he will focus on the area’s continued growth.

Mr. Løbersli comes to Scala from international software company Cognit AS, where he served as CEO, responsible for business strategy, product strategy, and overall profit and loss. Prior to that, Mr. Løbersli served as CEO, COO and other leadership positions at Contempus AAS and DocNet.
Mr. Løbersli received his Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and mathematics from the University of Oslo. He is fluent in Norwegian, English, Swedish and Danish.
