Jill Zenti joins Paul Martin’s American Bistro as their Private Dining, Catering and Special Events Coordinator. Ms. Zenti is a graduate from California State University, Sacramento and the Culinary Institute of America, and has worked in the food industry for almost 20 years. Starting as a hostess in a restaurant at age 20, she went on to work on a cruise ship, where she was introduced to the CIA, eventually graduating from the esteemed institution in 1991.
Ms. Zenti’s experience in the food industry is unparalleled. She has worked as a personal chef in California, Arizona and Nevada. She has also worked at and/or owned catering companies in the Sacramento area, was a cooking school instructor, a sous chef, and more recently, the food and beverage manager at a local country club, and the banquet manager of The Citizen Hotel. She has overseen hundreds of events ranging from intimate dinner parties, to elaborate wedding receptions, holiday parties and fundraisers.
Paul Martin’s American Bistro will continue to create and offer catering, private dining, and special events, with Ms. Zenti at the forefront. With her knowledge and experience, mixed with the amazing food and amenities of Paul Martin’s American Bistro, “Eat Organic, Believe in Sustainable, Buy Local, Love Fresh” will be available for your special events, private dining, and special evenings.
