Aaron Kelly came to an open call audition back in 2005 at our John Robert Powers Nashville school
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) April 15, 2010
CEO of John Robert Powers, Ron Patterson, is tuned in to his television set every Tuesday night like millions of others in America to watch American Idol but this season is extra special as a John Robert Powers graduate from JRP Nashville, Aaron Kelly, is competing on the show. Aaron is more than competing, he is currently in the top eight on this the 9th season of the number one show on television. Aaron Kelly is the youngest at seventeen but in many ways his confidence, mature voice and vocal talent far exceed his age and this can be attributed to his training at John Robert Powers where he's been a student since he was eleven years old.
"Aaron Kelly came to an open call audition back in 2005 at our John Robert Powers Nashville school," says JRP school owner Tammy Dean. "I knew within one minute of listening to him sing that he was going to be a star one day. Unfortunately, his family couldn't afford tuition so we granted Aaron a scholarship at John Robert Powers and the rest is history as they say."
"John Robert Powers is so proud of Aaron Kelly and his younger than usual success on American Idol," exclaimed JRP CEO Ron Patterson. "We've been hearing about Aaron Kelly down in Nashville for years now and we are thrilled that Aaron was trained properly to sing but also to hold his own in front of so many millions of people."
Aaron Kelly regularly keeps in touch with John Robert Power's Tammy Dean and Aaron recently sent her an email saying, "...if it weren't for your insight and kindness and taking me in at John Robert Powers Nashville, I probably wouldn't be pursuing this."
