Kilburn & Strode LLP switch to SRC for digital dictation

SRC awarded contract to provide the WinScribe digital dictation solution to more than 100 users at Kilburn & Strode LLP. The decision to award SRC follows a detailed evaluation of the market and alternative offerings.

SRC have been awarded the contract to supply digital dictation to Kilburn & Strode LLP, one of the top-tier London based firms of patent attorneys. SRC will replace the firm’s tape based system, and deploy the award winning WinScribe solution to more than 100 users across the firm’s London and St.Albans offices.

The decision to contract with SRC follows a detailed review of competitor offerings. Brett Henry, IT Manager at Kilburn & Strode said: “We evaluated the leading providers, and despite the special commercial deal being offered by at least one major supplier, we concluded that the WinScribe solution supplied by SRC will provide Kilburn & Strode with the best value solution and the best package of customer services.
