Metrics on the Sourcing and Hiring Process Provide Greater Insight into the Strategic Role of Recruitment.

SkillSurvey, Inc., the inventor and leading provider of Web 2.0 reference assessment solutions has introduced a new component to its Pre-Hire 360® reference assessment software: the SkillSurvey Business Intelligence Dashboard. The new component is part of SkillSurvey’s Pre-Hire 360® reference assessment solution and is designed to help senior management better understand and manage a company’s sourcing and hiring processes.

The Dashboard tracks, measures, and reports metrics that characterize the candidate pool, shed light on recruiting performance, and clarify the value of reference contacts for building a passive candidate pool.

The analytics are pre-configured in the Dashboard, so are available at the click of a mouse. And, they’re exportable to other business software programs for reporting and disseminating within the organization including .pdf, .jpeg, and Microsoft Excel.
