SRM includes a monthly review of a customer’s environment to identify firmware and software patch compliancy with industry standards. For customers looking for assurance that their environment is ready to support VoIP, Scout can provide network assessments to ensure the network is optimized for the unique demands of VoIP.
Alliance helps customers get the most out of their third-party support agreements by providing a single point of contact for manufacturer extended hardware and software warranty agreements.
