Working with Paramount Digital Entertainment unleashes myriad opportunities for our brand partners.
New York, NY (PRWEB) April 20, 2010
Believe Entertainment Group, a New York-based digital entertainment company, today announced its official company launch. Helmed by Dan Goodman and William H. Masterson III, former heads of the digital group at Media Rights Capital and lead facilitators of the wildly successful online show Seth MacFarlane's Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy, Believe Entertainment Group will focus on premium entertainment experiences through direct partnership with elite talent and leading brands delivered through a variety of digital outlets such as web, mobile, VOD, social media, gaming, and more.
Believe Entertainment's aim is to develop unique, relevant content that creates active audiences, and experiences that encourage people to not only watch content but to be part of it.
"Digital content is at the epicenter of the future of programming," said Dan Goodman, Partner and Co-Founder of Believe Entertainment Group. "As more and more channels become digitally enabled, this pervasive content just simply becomes mainstream content. We see an opportunity to raise the bar on content quality and advertiser participation."
Believe Entertainment Group's first major alliance is with Paramount Digital Entertainment (PDE) where they will work together on a select number of original projects including The Legion of Extraordinary Dancers (The LXD), a new multi-platform property from writer/director Jon M. Chu (Step Up 2: The Streets, Step Up 3-D), and produced by Agility Studios. Brand and ad supported distribution partnerships will be announced soon.
"Working with Paramount Digital Entertainment unleashes myriad opportunities for our brand partners," said William H. Masterson III, Partner and Co-Founder of Believe Entertainment Group. "We are able to provide advertisers with meaningful opportunities to be involved in the early stages with world renowned creators, to develop unique, ownable programs that help our brand partners stand out and make an impact with their core audiences."
Most recently, Goodman and Masterson were heads of the digital group at Media Rights Capital. Previously, Goodman was chief digital officer at Ogilvy, in the New York office. Masterson was previously Vice President of Sales at United Online and before that was the Vice President of Agency Relations and Sales for Advertising.com (an AOL/Time Warner Company).
Believe Entertainment Group is also developing several new original content projects and brand partnerships that will be announced soon.
