The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business and Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles are co-hosting the 2010 LA International Trade Fair at the Shrine Auditorium/Expo, near USC, on April 21st-24th. This event is for those entrepreneurs interested in innovation and the international marketplace.
The Mayor of Los Angeles, Antonio Villaraigosa, has been invited for the ribbon cutting ceremony on April 21st. In addition, many politicians and leaders of various organizations such as Herb Wesson Jr, the Councilmember of District 10 and Gary Toebben, the President of Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles, have been invited to the opening ceremony and the VIP Dinner.
Specially selected manufacturers from Korea will be showcasing a dynamic and colorful mix of unique Korean-made consumer products; the event is expected to provide great momentum for mutual win-win business opportunities in the LA and greater U.S. markets.

As part of this gathering of manufacturers, the Korea Federation of Small-Medium Business and Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles will hold a fundraiser to help increase awareness and generate funds for the benefit of earthquake victims in Haiti. The proceeds will be going directly to the Haitian victims through the Red Cross. In addition, some percent of the product sales taken at the show will be donated and direct donations will also be accepted. The fund collection and donation process will be managed directly by Koreas Federation of Small and Medium Business and Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles.
All of the manufacturers will have been qualified by the Korean Government for quality and integrity prior to being sponsored to attend this special gathering. Few of these products have been sold in the US marketplace; they are all new, unique and priced for those from any walk of life.
