Raleigh, NC (PRWEB) April 21, 2010
Triangle Adventure Boot Camp, the Triangle-area installment of the largest fitness boot camp system in the world, will open its Cary location on April 26, 2010. This will be the second Triangle location for the women’s-only outdoor fitness program, with the original location in North Raleigh continuing to bring fitness to the women in that area. This small business expansion during a slow economy is a testament to the achievement the participants feel both physically and mentally.
“North Raleigh women have had access to this energizing and transforming outdoor exercise program since the Fall of 2008, and now Cary women can experience the same success,” says Jennifer Shevach, Triangle Adventure Boot Camp’s director and primary instructor. “Many campers come to Raleigh from other parts of the Triangle, and there was enough interest in Cary to support its own site.” Shevach attributes the success of Triangle Adventure Boot Camp to the uniqueness of the program and the support and motivation of the other campers in the class. “All kinds of women are welcome here, and we all encourage each other to do our best,” says Shevach.
Since the Cary and North Raleigh classes will both be held Monday through Friday mornings from 5:30-6:30am, Triangle Adventure Boot Camp welcomes Samantha Sifleet to the coaching team. She will be the primary instructor for the Cary site. “Sam’s experience is perfect for this type of program, and her energy and philosophy is well-aligned with the ours here at Triangle Adventure Boot Camp. We feel honored to have her, “ says Shevach. And Sifleet is equally as excited to be joining such a successful fitness program. “I am excited to work with women who are committed to being fit and fabulous,” says Sifleet. “It will be great to watch this new [boot camp] community grow from the first camp forward.”
The Cary location of Triangle Adventure Boot Camp will be held at Kildaire Farms Fitness & Racquetball Center, which boasts both outdoor and indoor facilities and use of a full locker room. “Showers and an onsite indoor location is something we have not been able to offer in Raleigh,” says Shevach. “I think these accommodations are a great bonus to the program.” Sifleet feels the perks of the Cary site are its grounds. “I am really looking forward to watching the sun rise over the lake,” says Sifleet. “Getting a healthy start to the day in an idyllic setting is the perfect way to keep the campers’ motivation high.”
Triangle Adventure Boot Camp fuses personal training with group exercise in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Women from all over the Triangle engage each morning in a variety of activities designed to improve their level of physical fitness and boost their self-confidence. Triangle Adventure Boot Camp offers weight loss and strength gains to women of all fitness levels. Each 4-week camp consists of obstacle courses, cardio intervals, weight training, and core strengthening exercises, developed to maximize fitness gains in just one hour per day.
While there are over 250 Adventure Boot Camp locations worldwide, Triangle Adventure Boot Camp is the only one of its kind in the Raleigh area. This expansion into Cary solidifies it as a key player in the women’s fitness arena and demonstrates that business growth can occur in a sluggish economy when the service meets and exceeds consumers’ expectations.
