H.P. Lovecraft’s ‘Dunwich Horror’ Released as Audio Movie

Savalas have teamed up with new digital production company Bang!Ltd to produce the first of 4 adaptations of H.P. Lovecraft’s gothic horrors. The audio movie trailer will be released this week with cinema ‘audio screenings’ scheduled this summer.

On the back of the hit comedy show ‘Franz Kafka Big Band’, sound designer Kahl Henderson of Glasgow-based sound studios Savalas, and talented director Colin Edwards of Bang!Ltd are collaborating on the production of an audio movie which will bridge the gap between audio books and film.

H.P. Lovecraft’s Dunwich Horror is the first of 4 adaptations to be cinematically produced in Savalas’s world-class Dolby Premier Studio in the heart of Glasgow’s media hub.

Dunwich Horror will showcase the talents of a stellar cast drawn from the fertile Glasgow performance scene, and will be the first of many innovative and bold productions scheduled throughout the year.

The audio movie trailer is being released this week and audio screenings will take place at film festivals throughout the summer and autumn of 2010.
