Expanded operations for nationwide Logistics services and new sales capacity

Silvaris Corporation dba LowGradeLumber announced today that it has expanded its North American trading operations by adding two new traders in its Portland, OR office, and two new Logistics Specialists.

Sharon Koller, formerly with Allied Plywood and Lumber, has joined the Port Arthur, TX office. Sharon has been working as a traffic manager for 17 years and will be handling the busy South East U.S. region for Silvaris Logistics.

Myrna Hower has joined Silvaris’ Portland office, formerly with Timberline Forest Products, preceded by MFP of Oregon. Myrna has extensive logistics experience and will be handling much of Silvaris’ online freight business, FreightConnect (

Scott Benson and Mike Roberts have joined Silvaris’ Portland office as well. Both traders were previously with Concannon Lumber for approximately 10 years. Their combination of experience in different parts of the forest products business brings Silvaris new opportunities that complement existing lines of business very smoothly.
