PreVisor, the global leader in employment assessments and selection solutions that connect employment decisions to business results, today announced the complete schedule for its LINK 2010 Client Conference, taking place May 19–21 at the Charleston Place Hotel in South Carolina.

LINK is an educational three-day conference at which attendees learn practical solutions for aligning talent decisions to business goals. LINK sessions will include best practice case studies, updates on the latest technology and trends in talent measurement, and rich discussions about best practices. This conference brings together talent management leaders and human resources professionals who are shaping the future of their organizations through applied selection and development science.

The agenda covers topics including quantifying the ROI of talent measurement, engaging organizational leadership, identifying candidates who fit corporate culture, addressing OFCCP and EEOC expectations, and finding the right individuals for management roles. Attendees will hear case studies by HR professionals from the Automobile Club of Southern California, CenturyLink, LabCorp, Luxottica Group, Prudential Financial, Time Warner Cable, UnitedHealth Group, and Xerox Corporation, among others.

In addition to industry-leading pre-conference workshops and breakout sessions, this 6th LINK event will include an Executive Panel session moderated by PreVisor Chief Customer Officer, Caroline Paxman and featuring HR leaders from American Express, Kaiser Permanente, Tiffany & Co., and USAA.

Keynote presenters include:

Marshall Goldsmith, a world-renowned thought leader in human resources and leadership, as cited by The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Economist, BusinessWeek and Fast Company. Dr. Goldsmith is the author of 27 books, including this year’s release: MOJO: How to Get It, How to Keep It, and How to Get It Back if You Lose It.

Libby Sartain, former Chief HRO of Yahoo! and Southwest Airlines and author of Brand for Talent. Ms. Sartain is now an active business advisor, HR thought leader and frequent speaker. She will share insights on making talent – the people side of business – as famous as corporate brand.

Noel Sitzmann, CEO of PreVisor, will update the audience on talent measurement trends and shifts due to economic impact, focusing on innovation and where the industry is headed in 2010.

“This will be our sixth conference, and we have a stellar lineup of organizations participating in the breakout sessions, sharing their insights on talent measurement that delivers business results,” stated Noel Sitzmann. “LINK is a tremendous opportunity for attendees to learn from each other and provide PreVisor with valuable feedback that helps us continue to deliver the best products and services possible.
