CGI Finance, the North American Subsidiary of the CGI Group and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Société Générale, announced it is forming a finance partnership with Dufour Yachts of Périgny France, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of sailing yachts.

This strong partnership between Dufour Yachts and CGI Finance is exactly what the North American market needs at this point.

Expanding on its existing partnership in Europe which has proved successful for both companies and their consumers, CGI Finance and Dufour Yachts will offer many of the same products and services here in the United States including wholesale and retail financing. “We’re proud of our partnership with Dufour Yachts in Europe and as our business grows, we want to focus our attention on the market in the United States,” explains Hervé Bonnet, Global Director of Boat Financing Activity for CGI which is headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland.

Salvatore Serio, CEO of Dufour Yachts goes on to state that “this strong partnership between Dufour Yachts and CGI Finance is exactly what the North American market needs at this point. It allows our dealers not only to present our boats to their customers, but also to offer retail financing solutions for new and used boats.”

CGI Finance is confident that by forming the partnership with Dufour Yachts it will only help to bolster their place in the marine industry.
