WRScompass has been awarded a Texas Commission for Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Assessment, Investigation, and Remediation Services (AIRS) Contract. The contract is a 4 year $10 million contract, for remedial activities at state and federally funded Superfund sites and other sites as directed by TCEQ.

WRScompass has been operating in Texas since 1992. Currently WRScompass maintains two program offices (resource facilities) in Austin and Frisco. These facilities provide the personnel and equipment resources for project sites throughout the mid-central and southwest regions of Texas.
The AIRS contract includes remedial investigation, removal activities, remedial actions, field data collection, assessment activities, drilling activities, site maintenance and/or restoration, operation and maintenance and work plan and report preparation as described in more detail in the Specifications of the Contract Documents.
