This recognition was announced by TANDBERG at its 2010 Partner Summit held in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is the third consecutive year that IVCi has been recognized by TANDBERG for its outstanding performance.

According to TANDBERG, the "Authorized Service Provider of the Year" award is given to the TANDBERG partner who has made significant investments in growing their portfolio of support services around the TANDBERG product line to ensure high-quality and cost-effective video conferencing and telepresence user experiences. The recipient also maintains one of the highest service renewal rates of any TANDBERG partner.
