VIPdesk Connect is recruiting home-based customer service professionals to provide support for Eddie Bauer. These virtual CSRs will work from their own home office, earning $9-$12/hr responding to incoming sales and customer service calls from Eddie Bauer customers.

VIPdesk Connect is recruiting home-based customer service professionals, known as “Brand Ambassadors”, to provide support for Eddie Bauer. These virtual CSR s will respond to incoming sales and customer service calls from Eddie Bauer customers. Brand Ambassadors are required to be certified prior to taking on Eddie Bauer opportunities. Certification courses begin May 24th and completion of the course is anticipated to be completed within three weeks.

This sales/customer service opportunity, which pays the equivalent of $9-$12/hr, requires candidates to work an average of at least 25 hours/week. Opportunities are available during days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Ideal candidates excel in a fast-paced environment, thrive in a sales-driven atmosphere, enjoy helping people, are computer savvy and have the ability to work from their own home office. Previous call center or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
