HCI Forms Executive Board for Strategic Workforce Planning

Directors from Google, Motorola, Raytheon and McKesson will shape 2010 conference and executive workgroups.

The Human Capital Institute (HCI) today announced the formation of its new Executive Board for Strategic Workforce Planning comprised of leading Senior Executives and Workforce Planning Leaders from diverse industries and organizations.

HCI's Executive Board is an independent group that regularly advises members of HCI's Executive Workgroup for Strategic Workforce Planning on best practices and next generation strategies for the alignment of talent with future business goals. This group focuses on core issues related to evolving from short-term operational workforce planning such as headcount forecasting, and quarterly staffing plans to long-term strategic workforce planning including business planning, needs assessment and scenario.
