Structured Stream partners, Deb Cooper and Jim Hearn, are launching the company at RIMS, April 25-29, 2010 in Boston. The firm focuses on helping companies construct the business intelligence and business development systems that are keys to sustainable revenue flows.

In particular, Structured Stream can provide clients with a 360 degree view of individual client potential through their first product, Linkage 360o, which links an individual’s consumer records to profiles of his/her owned businesses. A powerful cross-selling tool, the Linkage 360° concept has been widely used in the banking industry for over 20 years. Cooper and Hearn are working with provider, Oxxford Information Technologies, to introduce the application of Linkage 360° to the insurance industry.

Principal and founder, Deb Cooper, has 15 years of industry experience and leadership in successfully applying market strategy and customer analytics within the financial services and insurance industry. Her experience includes tenure at one of the world’s largest providers of financial services, Fidelity Investments. She has also served with Liberty Mutual Group, the fifth largest property and casualty insurer in the U.S. and ranked 86th on the Fortune 500.

Jim Hearn is chief marketing officer and principal of Structured Stream LLC. He was recruited into the insurance industry in 1990 by Continental Insurance’s National Broker Services as the National Sales Officer. Jim has 25 years of senior leadership and demonstrated expertise in creating strategies and tactical go-to-market plans growing revenue and profits in diverse operating environments. He has worked for segment-leader companies like D&B, Continental Insurance and Citigroup, as well as smaller organizations like AMS Services, Moore Stephens Business Solutions (MSBS) and MarketStance.
