EnCrisp continues to demonstrate leadership in Sustainable Governance through its commitment to purchase and support green power strengthening its existing partnership with the EPA's GPP Partnership.

“Good Governance is Good Business” said EnCrisp CEO Bhavesh C. Bhagat “whether in corporate business operations or in environmental sustainability, governance and its leadership must be backed up by discrete actions. As we assist our global clients with our resilient GRC solutions to manage their challenges to become more resilient and build long term sustainable Governance initiatives, it is natural for EnCrisp to find a winning partnership with US EPA’s Green Power program.” EnCrisp continues to commit 10 percent of its annual energy usage to be from renewable sources. This demonstrates a proactive choice to support and environmental sustainability by encouraging cleaner renewable energy alternatives.

"This is a huge honor and we are proud to be recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency," said Amishi Bhagat EnCrisp’s Director of Operations. "Purchasing green power helps our organization become more sustainable, while also sending a message to our customer and partner eco-system globally that supporting clean sources of energy is a sound business decision and an important choice in better global governance and environmental risk management."

Green power is electricity that is generated from environmentally preferable renewable resources, such as wind, solar, geothermal, biogas, biomass and low-impact hydro. These resources generate electricity with a net zero increase in carbon dioxide emissions, while offering a superior environmental profile compared to traditional power generation sources. Green power purchases also support the development of new renewable energy generation sources nationwide.

EnCrisp believes that sustainability is based on the recognition that financial, economic, social, and environmental risks and challenges are increasingly connected at board level and require a holistic governance approach. EnCrisp also believes that this management approach leads to increased resiliency and profitability as it significantly reduces the risk and cost of operations, while creating new opportunities for competitive differentiation and market share. As our direct commitment to sustainability and better governance, EnCrisp is collaborating and co-innovating with our ecosystem of customers and partners to expand the reach and impact of business solutions for Resilient Governance to companies worldwide.
